We accept Luxury Leisure, Premium and Standard pets, we can receive up to 02 pets over 12 months. In the Luxury Leisure Compact Wing will only be allowed 01 pet (light weight) per apartment and above 12 months. Ask us about availability, conditions and rates.
In the LUXURY wing, we do NOT receive pets.

Dear Guest,
So that your pet’s stay in Ciribaí is peaceful and healthy, follow our rules. There is no need to print and sign as it will be checked in. We ask that you read carefully and provide all that is necessary.

Below is our policy so that you can have a peaceful stay in harmony with the HOTEL and other guests:
- We charge an apartment cleaning fee of $ 60,00 per day and per pet;
- Pets are allowed in the following wings with the following configurations: Compact Leisure Luxury (up to 01 pet – small only), Leisure Luxury (up to 02 pets), Premium (up to 02 pets) and Standard (up to 02 pets);
- We do not have a kennel, so the pet stays in the apartment with the guest;
- We accept up to two pets per apartment (except in the Luxury Compact Leisure wing) provided it is OVER 12 MONTHS AGE;
- Will be accepted pets form petites to large gigant size pets are not allowed. We reinforce that we don’t accept pets of giant size, such as: São Bernardo, Fila, Great Dane, English Mastiff, Neapolitan Mastiff, Tosa Inu and other breeds;
- The size identisication goes by this charge:
- In view of legislation No. 1131 which requires the use of muzzle and short guide for some breeds, these cannot be accepted, being: Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull, Rottweiller, American Stafforshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, German Shepherd, Dobermann, and derived races or variations of any of the races indicated in the preceding paragraphs;
- Under Municipal Law 848/92, it is forbidden to abandon, release or stay accompanied by animals on the beaches. Failure to comply with this law may result in a fine for the pet’s guardian;
- It is essential to send the vaccination card at the time of booking;
- In the case of cats, we recommend that the guardian trims the pet’s nails before the trip, as if any item in the apartment is damaged, the guardian will be held responsible and must pay for the repair;
- We advise applying the medicine to fight fleas, ticks and heartworm, such as Revoluition or Max 3. It has effect for 30 days and should be applied 02 days before the trip and stay 72 hours after application without bath and without brushing;
- Pets may not frequent the hotel common areas such as pool and restaurant / breakfast, gym / games. They can be taken to the lawn area intended for pets, must always use the guide, transport box, or collar and be accompanied by the owner;
- The pet must be used to being alone in the apartment without barking or crying when the owner is absent from the hotel. This absence cannot be extended for long, as it may cause weeping or barking;
- The cleaning and hygiene of the environment used by the animal are the responsibility of the owner. All necessary equipment for the animal must be brought by its responsible, such as feed container, water, litter, toilet mat and toys;
- The daily cleaning of the apartment will be done by the absence of the pet (only for the time necessary for the governance services), as they may strange the maids, causing bites and / or any other complications, such as escaping when opening the door etc;
- It is essential that the pet knows how to use the toilet mat, or have proper habits so that it does not mess the dependencies of the hotel or apartment;
- The pet owner ensures that the pet is up to date with the vaccination schedule and aware that the card can be requested at check in;
- The animal is not allowed to wear HOTEL bedding and towels;
- If something is damaged or dirty by your pet, it will cause compensation, whether furniture, mattresses, doors, sheets, towels, pillows and other equipment of the apartment or hotel;
- Any problem generated by the animal is the responsibility of the person who brought it and should be solved.
